This period helps to live the decision taken in the vows: under everyday conditions and in suspense between action and contemplation. A member of the community will accompany the person in this phase, helping her to reflect on her experiences.
On the way to the final commitment, the vows are taken four times for one year and once for two years. The decision for the consecration of life ends this phase.
This consecration of life is a free, responsible and final decision
- to lead forever a consecrated life in the missionary Benedictine Secular Institute St. Boniface,
- to grow in love for the Church and for the poor,
- to give an authentic testimony in the realities of everyday life.
